My name is Mitch Lucas, and I am a pastel artist from New York City newly migrated to Charleston, South Carolina. This painting depicts the tide pools in Folly Beach, South Carolina.

All of my pastels come unframed, wrapped in glassine paper and stamped with my logo on the back. hot
