Handmade with love by an artisan in Australia using only the highest quality materials, these vintage oversized sunglasses for women are an extremely elegant, truly unique and completely limited ‘one of a kind' pair that just scream "I'm sexy and I gnome it!"
These vintage oversized sunglasses would be perfect to wear on holiday or vacation, and would also make *you* the perfect embellishment for any kind of special occasion such as a botanical theme garden party, wedding party or bridal shower, tropical party, safari party, jungle party, summer beach adventure, to a gala event, photo shoot, special occasion, tea party, on the red carpet or to a cocktail party, and are the perfect addition to a jungle costume, or adult vegetable and fruit costume!
These cute and quirky embellished sunglasses also contain very old and extremely collectible original vintage Czech crystal and brass elements – to the point where most designer's would only use one or two of these in any given piece because of their cost, quality and rarity.
Around the inside rim are absolutely stunning original vintage Czech frosted apple green crystals in gold tone prong settings set on clear frames and reflective green acrylic lenses with green lucite monstera leaves on the outer edges to create a ‘cat eye' effect.
Starting on the left hand side is a gold tone red enamel beetle, vintage aurora borealis coated lucite blackberry from the 1950s, a highly detailed enamel rabbit and a personally hand cast and painted gnome with yellow hat holding a garden fork and polymer clay carrot.
Each gnome has been hand painted, shaded and varnished with a special lacquer for longevity. The detail in the painting by Amanda is extremely meticulous, and to get that incredible level of detail on the flower is testament to the fact that it was done with a true artist's hand.
On top of the monstera leaves is an aqua and white enamel flower with diamante centre, a black and yellow gold tone bee with clear diamante wings, and placed next to this are two white and red polka dot mushrooms. One of them is original vintage Czech glass and the other one is polymer clay, with two more polymer clay carrots. Placed next to this is an cute ceramic gnome from Peru, followed by an original vintage Japanese Lucite lemon with leaves dating back to the 1940s, and an absolutely gorgeous handmade transparent green Czech lampwork leaf with tiny little red ladybug sitting on it.
On the other side are lucite peas in a pod, followed by a ceramic yellow and orange butterfly, an adorable elf with a wheelbarrow full of grapes and a sunflower wheel, also hand cast and painted by Amanda. Following this is a Czech red and white polkadot glass mushroom, two polymer clay carrots, a handmade polymer clay florette of broccoli and corn on the cob, another hand cast and painted gnome with red hat and glasses, matching black and yellow black enamel bee with clear diamante wings, handmade polymer clay cauliflower and pumpkin, and two very cute purple lucite butterflies intermingled it all.

We have also included a cleaning cloth and complimentary pillow pack with beautiful matte finish to store them in when they are not in use. It requires very simple assembly by folding in two arched flaps on each side of the box. If you don't store them properly in their case (and put them in your handbag unprotected), you may find that a few bits fall off as a result. To counter this, we've included some extra bits in a clip seal bag for you to replace them with, if needed.
