It tends to stop mid-installation or not read the discs. It has been taken apart to be cleaned. There are 2 screws holding the unit to the chassis. The other screw holes are broken. The power and eject ribbon is touchy. It is working now but when it is taken apart it takes a bit to get it to respond. When pushed on it will work so it seems to be loose.
