This lovely Chinese antique silver gilt brooch is so pretty. It is in excellent condition with original patina. In the centre of the brooch, you can see a bird that resembles a Phoenix. It is surrounded by flowers. Various colours of enameling provide bright contrasts. On the back of the brooch, a "silver" mark can be found. Dangling from the body of the brooch are 3 gemstones. These are believed to be jade and tigerseye. This piece is absolutely lovely and a real treasure!
