Laptop is in pristine condition. Absolutely zero scratches, only one slight blemish on the corner, see pics for that. The screen is untouched, full color, full brightness like the day I got it. Keys hot are all great, no stickiness and the touchpad is perfect. Sound works great. Holds a good charge and comes with a new charger. Overall a great laptop in stunning shape. I was still very happy using it but my husband upgraded me to a new model. It has been completely wiped and factory reset. It will come charged, ready to use!
