Red string, super dainty necklace. It features double strands of nylon threads and a small portion of 14K Gold Fill chain on the bottom. Details of golden nuggets on the sides. The pendant is a tiny oval that can be customized with a single initial.

In many cultures, the color red is traditionally used as a symbol of protection, good luck, or blessing. In my native Argentina, red-is used to ward off evil spirits. Wear this necklace for protection as a good luck charm!

The thread we use is nylon and/or polyester so they are strong and hot water resistant. It is meant to be worn all the time. Put it on and just leave it on!

Gold-filled is a USA industry standard that legally requires 1/20th, or 5% pure gold by weight. It's a strictly regulated process that involves pressure bonding multiple layers of solid 14k gold with extreme heat over a core of high-quality jeweler's brass resulting in a durable, quality real gold product.

Each piece of our jewelry is handmade in our Studio in New York City. Here are some tips to take care of your jewelry for a long time.

∙ Avoid salty water and/or salty environments like the beach.

∙ Avoid swimming and exercising with our jewelry on.

∙ Polish your pieces every 2 weeks or so, to increase shine and reduce discoloration.

∙ Avoid applying perfume directly onto your jewelry.

∙ When not in use, store items in the jewelry box included in the order.

∙ If the metal darkens or tarnish with normal wear, we recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth.
