Kaleidoscope Brooch with tapered baguettes hot

This stunning kaleidoscope brooch has rows of clear baguettes with blue center tapered baguettes. It looks like a designer piece but the only identifiable mark that hot I can see on the back is a stamped "5" (see my last photo). This piece is in good condition.
