1920s ceramic character half doll man with hat hot

Here is a 1920s novelty ceramic half doll modelled as a gentleman wearing a bowler hat. There is a registration number to the back of the figure.

He stands approximately 2.75" high and is in good overall condition, there is some minor wear to the paint along the rim of the hat. Please see all the photos and zoom in for details, further photos are available on request.
