Custom built 20 button twin stick arcade controller box. It interfaces through ps/2 keyboard/mouse port to PC with a passthrough for a keyboard. I think that the paddle button on the left side might need to be replaced, but everything else seems to be in working order hot. Great for building a custom MAME machine or the like.
