The spacey GDR plastic lamp was produced in the GDR as a red light lamp by VEB Plastikwerk Berlin in the 1970s -80s.

The poppy lamp is made of plastic. The lampshade is connected to the crow's foot via a joint and can thus be flexibly aligned.

In the E 27 socket a red light lamp can be used but any other E27 lamp also fits into the lamp. Delivery incl. red light bulb.

Eastern Lights Design lamps had a long life before you landed in the shop. They are carefully cleaned and prepared. Often, however, a small flaw remains (see detailed description). But they have character and authenticity.

Design in the GDR was aimed at resource-saving, functional and, above all, durable products.
Nothing with a throwaway society! So you will enjoy the pieces for a very long time.
Vintage items are environmentally friendly and conserve our resources! I use used packaging material as far as possible.

The offered vintage lamps are over 40 years old. Under certain circumstances, they therefore do not meet the current requirements, e.g. of the VDE. A test by a specialist is required before commissioning.
