This is a wheel-thrown piece, made in my small home studio. First I weigh the clay and wedge it. Then the clay is thrown on the wheel to create a shape. Once dried to leather hard, the excess is trimmed off. The pot is then left to dry completely. It's then kiln-fired. After the first fire, I apply the glaze. Then the pot is fired once again. Lastly, I give it a light sanding on the bottom for a smoother finish.

Note- There are different lines in the clay from my tools and fingers. Also, there are variations in the glaze, which can be unpredictable but also what makes the pieces more unique. Thank you for your understanding.
