Hi, This Plate Is Is In beautiful condition colors are bight no chips or hot cracks Not sure if this Chinese or Japanese? it looks like Chinese Famille Verte, but it is marked Nippon? It Is stamped NIPPON it is also hand singed, with an imprint stamp it has no cracks, but it does have spots on the back where it was in a plate holder (see photos) 0034906182022GW.
