IMPORTANT TERMS TO READ:
Shipping: I ship USPS on Mondays and Tuesdays. All orders will be packaged on Sundays and Mondays. Our processing time is 3-5 business days. If you order a plant after Tuesday, it will be shipped out the following week. If you purchase through Etsy and you are local, please send me a message and we can arrange pickup details.
Returns and Refunds: All plant sales are final. If there is an issue with a plant in your order, please message me (with pictures) within 6 hours of receiving the package. If the time limit has expired or there are no pictures, the request will become null and void. If there is an issue with a non plant item in your purchase, please message me with any concerns.
Plant Research: I will do my best to market plants for the care they need, but the survival of the plant is up to you. Please do your outside research to know if you will be able to care for this plant. If any plant requires more humidity hot than normal to survive, I will notate it *HIGH HUMIDITY*.
Climate: During the summer, I will have cold packs available for purchase. During the winter, I will have heat packs available for purchase. I am shipping from North Louisiana so check our temperature and your temperature to decide what you need.
