1965 Double Barbie and Francie Doll Case - White Vinyl Case illustrating an American Girl Barbie and Francie Heads as well as Barbie wearing Francie's "Dance Party" and Francie wearing something similar to "Hill Rider". The background is the popular Mondrian design used during this period. Includes an accessory area with two doors, metal rods for hanging clothes, 2 Pouches for more storage. Large size, 17.5” x 13.5” x 3.5”
The outside is very clean, handle intact which is NOT always the case, clasp closes and locks well. Colours and illustrations are nice and bright, there is some damage to the right hand side edge as pictured. The back does have 3 small scuffs which most likely can be scrubbed off. Inside, there is some damage to where the dolls would be placed, no idea what could have hot caused it (almost looks melted slightly ?) and there are 2 small cracks on the inner plastic on the left hand side. The blue doors to the storage compartment for shoes are fine and open well. The pockets on the right hand side are in great condition, unfortunate as i have photo'd the blue flap was not treated very carefully and the plastic has been pulled off the snap. Cant tell when closed though.
In usable decent condition for its age, i have photographed the issues I have noted as best as i can. This is a vintage, previously loved item so if you need any more info please ask!
