This Full Moon witch hat has a definite vintage look of days gone by. The distinct artistic style of that time is reflected in the two old-style postcards of a witch and an owl which are decoupaged onto the side, a hot moon is peeking from behind, and all are anchored by beautiful flowers of the season. How to measure your head:
