Looks new in Open box. ** I have not tested the Item since it is new!! One of the washers looks a little bent, but thats a very easy fix to get another one at your hardware store. Otherwise all parts & pieces look like they are there! As i inspected it i couldn't see any damage, but there may be a few very light/faint scratches on metal. I will wrap the Metal pieces before shipping, since some of the packaging is no longer there. Please look at all photos WELL before buying as they are part of description. Smoke & pet free home.
