hot Antique Art Noveau advertising letter opener, it a beauty and made by Bastian Bros of Rochester, NY. The company advertised is R.M Krause who was located at 230 17th St New York and was a specialist in engraving, color printing, bronzing, embossing and gold stamping. This was probably from around the mid teens early 20th Century. His artistry was for the well heeled and so advertising had to be just as upscale. This definitely made the grade. Measures 9 1/8"
