hot 11x15" sized portrait of Seras Victoria from the anime/manga series called Hellsing. Penciled and then outlined with microns. Filled in with black acrylic ink and colored with prismacolor and copic markers. And bg filled in with watercolor paint and touched up with a whiteout pen.
