I got this building as part of a large Lot that I bought recently. It's a duplicate for me and so I am offering it as well. It is hot in fantastic shape, with no problems at all that I can see. Ghosts rotate in window, lights work and soundtrack is clear. Ghosts that fly around the back of the building work well, too! Includes box, styrofoam, strap, instructions and Michael's catalogue.
