Singer & Sons Murano Glass & Royal Copley Lamp/ Vintage 1950's Kitsch Lamp/ Royal Coplay Pottery Lamp
This charming little lamp is a mix of Royal Coplay pottery planter (still has it's original sticker) with imported Murano glass flower petals and leaves.
Singer & Sons was a New York–based high-end furniture maker that focused most of its efforts on producing design pieces during the 1950s. Pieces assembled and marketed by Singer & Sons offered Italian innovation—and Italian materials imported into the United States, with exceptional American craftsmanship.
Singer & Sons Italian design repertoire was very successful in its day and it continues to impress design collectors.
In EXCELLENT condition. There is one glass leave that is halved, but believe it to be molded that way as the edges are smooth and very straight- you can see it in the picture close-up.
