108 6mm fire polished Czech glass beads are hand knotted on dusty rose silk cord. The Czech glass beads are transparent so you can see the silk cord that passes through them. Markers are 8mm opaque Czech glass beads with a pink and purple speckle pattern. The markers are placed after the 27th positions to remind you where you are in your meditation, At 30", this slips easily over the head and hangs nicely on the torso, but is NOT long enough to double. Depending on your wrist size, you may be able to wear it as a wrap bracelet.

From BK D R Luhar: Violet (purple) is the color of the Crown chakra, also known as Sahasrara. This chakra is located at the top of the head. The Crown chakra is linked to the crown of the head, the nervous system, and the brain, and is representative of pure thought. This chakra connects one with the infinite consciousness.

Sustainability notes: The 6mm beads and the cord (and even the glue for the final knot) are from our local independent bead shop, Carolina Beads and Gemstones. The markers are secondhand from another maker. The cotton tassel is decades old embroidery floss from our own stash.
