Gorgeous, Bohemian, Cut Glasses with hot Deer and Boar- Intricate Forest Scenes- Cut Glass, Engraved- Controlled Bubbles- Trees, Hunting

Up for sale is this incredible set of two tumblers with intricate forest scenes cut into the sides. The images include a leaping deer and a wandering boar. The deer has antlers and there are trees and grasses and even a broken tree in the background. The boar also has the same types of trees, a pine tree and a deciduous tree full of leaves, in the background. Each piece has a ton of details, like grass, fur and tree branches carved directly into the glass. These pieces are made out crystal with a heavy base and tall, straight sides. The bottoms even have a circle of eight controlled bubbles in the thick glass on the base. These pieces are typical of cut crystal Bohemian glass from the Czech Republic in the early 1900s and late 1800s. They are highly detailed, expertly executed with thoughtful, lively scenes.

These pieces are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. There is a hot light scuff in the glass above the pine trees on the boar glass. The bottoms have some very minor wear. There are a couple of very minor imperfections and bubbles in the glass that look like they happened during the manufacturing process, but nothing eye catching.

These glasses measure approximately 5 ¾ inches tall and 2 ¾ inches wide.
