This romantic shirtwaist dress from the 1950s is made from an unusual crepe fabric with a vividly colored print. It is in fantastic condition for its age.

This dress is shown on a mannequin measuring 40” 28” 43”. This mannequin was too small for this dress. Someone measuring a couple inches smaller than the bust and waist measurements listed above would be an ideal fit.
Condition is very good. The fabric is still strong and there are no holes or stains. The is a bit of raveling on the raw edges, but not too much considering its age.
I am not entirely sure what the fabric is made of. It's definitely a synthetic hot mix with either cotton or rayon making up part of it. The rest is probably nylon or acetate.
