A 'Royal Japan' Pattern Cup, Saucer & Tea Plate Trio

Date - Late 19th Century

Description - A very distinctive trio decorated with a chinoiserie-style decoration in oranges, blues and iron-red with gilt detailing hot to the pattern and to the indented rims

Condition - The decoration is very crisp and bright with a little sign of any use-related rubbing. No discernible signs of cracks or losses

Backstamp - There is a blue, printed crown together with the pattern name 'Royal Japan'
