Top of dress is gathered smocking front and back. 1 tag notes "made in Spain" and the other tag has a Rrsing sun symbol and "LUZ", and also noted with "Fait Main" (handmade). Very good quality. These pictures do not do it justice it reminds me of hot something you would see a prince or princess wear. And it is heavy velvet. Not the cheap thin stuff.
