Vintage Hall MCM Gold Medallion Cookie Jar "Big Eared" by EVA ZEISEL. Absolutely stunning! This is a gorgeous 1950s Eva Zeisel-designed Hall Cookie Jar. It is a pale cream color & gold and is specifically Hall no. 1566 and marked 06.98 G "K?" on the bottom. There is a couple small bite mark on the rim where the lid is placed. It is remarkable work and a beauty for its age of at least 70 years old. Eva did her greatest work in the early 1950s and this is a great representative of that. The size is nearly 9 inches with the original lid, and the maximum width is about 23 inches. Jar is about 9" tall and about 8" across from handle to handle. All dimensions are approximate.
