All purchases will be shipped 3 Day Priority Mail through the USPS, unless otherwise requested for an additional charge.

Once the shipment has been sent, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If damage occurs during shipment, let me know as soon as possible about the damage. Please save the shipping labels and take a picture of the damage.


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Due to the custom nature of my designs, refunds are only possible if there is damage that cannot be repaired. If this is the case, I will be glad to replace or repair the item after the customer has returned artwork back to me. These damages need to be reported within a week of receiving the item.
