Beautiful Early Riley’s Toffee Tin with Women and Child, Antique Tin hot Box, Vintage Candy Tin, Pretty Lady Art Nouveau Box

Beautiful early toffee tin from Riley's, done with Art Nouveau styling and decorated with beautiful women, and also a child on the lid. The scenes take place in a garden-by-the-water setting. Background color is a pretty brown color. Likely dates between 1910 and 1920. Very bottom has some noticeable denting, but does not detract from the display of this lovely tin. (See below.) Lid is hinged. About 8” by 5” by 3.5” tall.

CONDITION:
Some small areas of wear, small scratches and scuffs, handling marks and normal vintage soiling, some small and/or minor dents and dings, some early rust, etc.
•Some normal generalized wear, with bevels and corners mostly affected.
•Lid is slightly dented or warped, you can see the lid lip doesn't sit all the way down on the ends.
•Light-ish patina inside, some small rust spots, and possibly at crevice. Small partial sticker/residue inside lid.
•LARGE WORN AREA ON BOTTOM with two small sticker residue marks; some other scratches and wear.
•NOTICEABLE DENTING ON BOTTOM, MAINLY AT EDGES AND CORNERS.
•Hinge well attached, moves fairly freely.
•Open/close requires some coaxing and effort to get into place.

The tin is empty.

No longer for food use. Any props not included.
