Captured Blue Fire Necklace hot - Fiery Labradorite in Sterling and Fine Silver Wrapped Pendant

This piece was my submission this year to the San Diego County Fair in the wirewrap category and it won second place! It features this awesomely fiery blue labradorite, for which I have constructed a setting out of sterling and fine silver wires. Beneath the labradorite, I have also set a London blue topaz, so this piece is all about the blue fire. The sterling silver chain is also dotted with blue topaz, aquamarine and some citrine rondelles to highlight the other rainbow hues in hot the labradorite.

The pendant measures about 2-1/4" long by 1-1/4" wide. The chain is adjustable from 20-22" long, closing with a lobster clasp, but the length can be adjusted upon request.
