STYLISHLY UNIQUE Serving Trays - Upcycled Reclaimed 2 -1/4" T&G Premium White Oak Strip Flooring.

Size: 22" Long X 14-1/2" Wide X 2" Deep (without handles hardware). Provincial Stain

Lumber: 1/2" Thick, 2-1/4" Wide, Glued Tongue and Groove, Premium Solid Oak. 2" board faces are exposed.
3/4" X 1-1/2" oak curb walls.

Manufactured from re-purposed hardwood flooring. Most flooring consumers do not want "shorts" in a premium flooring installation. Unfinished oak hardwood flooring is usually shipped from manufactures in "random length" carton content. The short "culls" and installation "cut-offs" are used to manufacture this serving tray.

FINISH: Minwax Provincial (1,2) or English Chestnut (3,4) stain and semi-gloss polyurethane.

Hardware:

Large cast metal handles with a dark bronze appearance.
The handles are screwed on from the bottom side up, giving them considerably more strength than screwed on from the top side down.
Large handles comfortably accommodate a four finger grip within the handle.

Note: Keep in mind this is a handmade item. It is not a furniture/décor factory machine made serving tray. It was manufactured to enhance it's handmade virtues.
Overlapped curb corner joints are used rather than mitered corners.
Brad nail head pockets were hand filled.
Hand sanded flat and radius surfaces verse smooth planed and machine sanded.

This beautiful serving tray will certainly be a conversation piece.
