Green heavy cardstock covers with black cloth binding oversize souvenir collection, reprints of newspaper articles, photos, etc. in very good condition - clean, tight, fully intact, front cover has owner's signature. Many of the congratulatory newspaper ads emphasize Benicia's Gold Rush history, with illustrations of prospectors, saloon dancers, and so on. The Arsenal was established to protect the gold trade, of course.
