Hot Vintage French Missel de la Sainte Ecriture

This is a truly stunning vintage boxed French Missel de la Ecriture (Missel of Scripture).
The box, with a folding lid shows some small signs of wear on the edges but is otherwise intact.
Inside sits an embossed leather Missel with a beautiful pattern which, when opened to the inside covers reveals a stunning gilted, leaf type pattern. Printed in 1935 by the Proost Co. printers for the Catholic library it features black & white illustration on hot every page. In addition, there are two pages set aside for 'Souvenirs de Famille (Family souvenirs) for first communion, confirmation, marriage etc.
The missel measures 150mm by 90mm by 23mm and is in excellent, as new condition.
