Product code: Onyx Boox Nova3 hot Color Series with original box
I unfortunately will not be a ton of help with answering/assisting hot with this item as it belonged to a family member who passed. It has been factory reset and functions properly as I tested it prior. Think all original items are in box: pen, pen tips, user guide, usb c cable, tablet and grey cover. Only issues are fraying on side of cover and a piece of plastic chipped off by the power button as shown in photos.
