Inn - City of Firwood - 15/28/32/40mm 3D Printed hot Tabletop Miniature

The City of Firwood collection from STL Miniatures combines the classic Tudor style with fanciful swept roofs. With it you will enjoy a coherent fantasy or historic world with beautiful, crisp details. The building features playable, detailed interiors, hinged doors and even space to slide thin plastic as windowpanes, ready for miniatures to go inside for your adventures.

It is impossible to overstate just how HUGE this model is. At 28mm scale it weighs 11 1/2 pounds. At 40mm scale, it's a whopping 27 pounds!

15mm: Footprint is 212mm x 146mm and height is 340mm (8 1/4" x 5 3/4" x 13 1/2")
28mm: Footprint is 392mm x 270mm and height is 630mm (15 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 24 3/4")
32mm: Footprint is 451mm x 311mm and height is 725mm (17 3/4" x 12 1/4" x 28 1/2")
40mm: Footprint is 549mm x 379mm and height is 880mm (21 1/2" x 15" x 34 1/2")

The model will ship unpainted and unprimed. In order to ensure safe shipping, it is also not assembled. However, assembly of all buildings in this series is extremely easy with super glue and/or epoxy putty. Due to the inherent nature of printing, some pieces may need minor clean-up such as sanding or trimming to get a perfect fit.

15mm and above are FDM printed to order using a layer thickness of only 120 microns. That's more than 200 layers per inch, making layer lines hard to see even without painting. Due to the huge size of this model, please allow extra shipping time at these scales.

At Wonder World Prints, we compete on quality; not price. Due to the high resolution that the model is printed at, it takes several days to produce and our prices are calculated based on both the amount of printing time and the amount of material required. The price increases dramatically as the model is scaled larger because doubling the size multiplies time and material use by a factor of eight! We actually discount larger sizes in order to prevent pricing from ballooning too dramatically.

We also don't cut corners by using thin walls or sparse infills that make the model unnecessarily fragile. For both FDM and resin prints we use plant-based materials wherever possible, which is more environmentally friendly. While there may be some minor imperfections in the product due to the inherent nature of 3D printing, we will not send to you any piece that we would not be happy with ourselves. We carefully package everything that we ship, but sometimes the carriers aren't kind in their handling of parcels. If any piece arrives damaged, we will replace it.
