Bought it on release battery might drain(not sure) hot. Comes with carrying case,charger and 2 games! New leaf and marvel Skin decal black rock shooter!(you can take it off) Little scratch on right(look at picture) The 3D works but the button is kind of loose but no issues leaving on or off.
