Silver Scottish Thistle Brooch Pin hot Mizpah Ward Bros with Amethyst Stone Celtic Scotland Symbol

Chased Silver Brooch (Sterling or Silver Plate - unmarked) signed MIZPAH with heart and arrow on the back, and measuring 1 1/2" in diameter. The British company who made pieces signed MIZPAH with this stamp was Quarrier Ward & the famous Ward Brothers silversmiths. Mizpah is now known for hot costume jewelry but this is an earlier piece. Will be shipped in a box suitable for gift giving.
