1960s Tweed Coat by Armand Hallenstein PARIS hot / Pink Black White Wool / Vintage 1960’s Size Small XS
Beautiful vintage 1960's coat. The designer is unknown but the fabric is by Armand Hallenstein, Paris. Pierre Cardin, Carven,
Nina Ricci, and Jacques Griffes, just to
name a few, used Mr. Hallenstein's fabrics.
The tweed is quite attractive with a kind of
oversized pattern. It's pink and black on a
ivory background with subtle green, blue,
and yellow highlights. It closes by way of
hidden snaps (self covered in black satin)
as well as a belt. Beautiful, high quality
black satin lines the interior. Original label
“Armand Hallenstein Paris” is stitched
within.
