This is NIB. I opened it to make sure it worked and had no damage. IT IS PERFECT! I left the plastic on the mirror when I lit it up, but I hooked it up using the USB cord. I had a plug (gray) that I plugged the USB end into my phone block and then took pics of the three tones. I also in the last pic hot pull up the plastic to show the mirror is perfect.
