As you can see it lights up, but with the frayed cord I wouldn't leave it plugged in hot until required. Not sure what the brass metal insert is - with the cut outs. Wood stand is missing three of four stones. Lovely hand painted full moon with beautiful white cherry blossoms. No chips, cracks or repairs. All original. No hallmarks. Approx 10” tall x 5 1/4” round. Displays nicely!.
