This is a Nippon two handle cake plate, hand painted, with gold edge. It is a beautiful swan scene on a peaceful lake.
This plate has been lovingly used to serve many celebration cakes as shown by the wear on the gold. The colors are still brilliant and clear.
It is in good, antique condition with wear commensurate with its age.
It hot is marked with a blue Nippon Rising Sun stamp on the back. One photo is darkened to show details.
It measures approximately 10” in diameter including the handles.
