Made of stretchy black holographic shimmery spandex with black stretch mesh "bells" on the bottom - these high-waisted bell bottoms will fit you perfectly. They hug your hips and flare out hot at the feet. This color is stunning! The inseam is 35" (the mannequin is 5'8") but can be customized by putting your desired inseam in the comments/notes when checking out.
