A gorgeous antique French quilted fabric fragment ideal for reworking, design inspiration , collecting, study etc ~*~ . This panel has two sides, each printed with a gorgeous pattern~ One side hot is a c 1870 larger scale Indienne design! pale perriwinkle , gold ,gray and pink!!! ~ the other side is a small scale floral and pattern dating c 1810 ~ ! Each side is equally wonderful! ~*~ Each side is a light weight cotton, roller printed designs. The batting is a dense cotton. This textile is hand stitched and hand quilted. Each side has tears , some holes, some staining and dirt marks! I decided not to launder although very easy to hand wash and air and tumble to fluff! ~*~ Nothing perfect about this textile! Ideal for creative hands, design inspiration, repurposing or for display! ~*~ The quilting can be cut and the fabrics freed! ~ A nice project for a cold winter night ~*~ So much potential for creative hands or design inspirations > it's very important to use the zoom feature on the photographs to see the many holes, marks etc ~
