Rare Antique Pacific Islands Native Carved Coconut Shell Ritual Spiritual Serving Bowl ~ Fresh from fine estate Possibly hot Very Old

Presented for your consideration is a Rare Antique Pacific Islands Native Carved Coconut Shell Don't know a lot about this Bowl, from what I could find on-line it is from the Pacific Islands. The Bowl is carved from a Coconut and features very fine Geometric patterns throughout. The Bowl has a nice dark patina and has a real presence to it in real life, that my photos do not show. I was told by the estate that they were told it was used for ceremonial or rituals but again I am not sure. Well worth looking into, it could be very, very old and much more valuable than I know.

Condition : very good estate fresh condition with hot minor signs of use consistent with age, as seen, nothing to detract from the great look or usefulness. Amazingly no cracks or repairs, there are natural flaws but none go right through.

Sizes : measures approx 6 inches wide and sit 3-1/4 inches tall.
