Steiff Miniature Teddy Bear brand new with tags in original packaging 4" 2003 ? The bear's number is # 028915 . The other number on the package is 200351 . I was told that is the manufacturers date. But I am unfamiliar with Steiff and their dates, so I am not certain. Harder to find little bear.
