What a rare find!
ABOUT THE ARTIST: Felix Tissot is a French born ceramic artist who moved to Taxco Mexico in the 50s. Well known for his contemporary modern work the Chitilan Indians influenced his designs and he created a modern spin on traditional called the "Fantasia" line. All of which are hand-painted patterns signed by the artist, finish sanders, and glazier.
The plate has a 13 1/2" diameter and stands roughly 0.75" high.
It is in absolutely beautiful condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
