RC does work moving forward and in reverse when using the remote. When I tried to hot use the wheel his tires didn't turn. The wheel does go 360. The antennas are a bit loose on RC and Remote. Batteries aren't included with this item. RC requires AA batteries and the remote requires a 9V battery. Please see pics for condition. RC and Remote have ware, marks, scuffs due to age and having been played with. Let me know if you have any questions.
